Our goal: ONE CERT trained, ONE CPR trained, and ONE FIRST AID trained person in every household.

Willard City CERT is working together to provide Emergency/Disaster Training to all residents within the community. Spring and Fall Training Courses are offered annually. The focus of the CERT program is to train citizens to take care of themselves, their families and, where possible, their neighbors.
