Willard is a great place to live!
Willard is situated between Ogden and Brigham City at the foot of steep Willard Peak, whose beautiful cliffs change in appearance with every change in the weather. Bear River Bird Refuge has extensive marshes and waterfowl populations only a mile west of the mountains. Part of the Refuge has been diked off to create Willard Bay, a fresh water park owned by the State of Utah. It is popular for its beaches, camping, water sports, boating, and fishing. This unique setting makes Willard one of the most beautiful areas in the state. From the water falls in Willard Canyon, visible in the spring and early summer, to the spectacular sunsets over the Great Salt Lake, to the architecture of its old buildings, set in quiet streets surrounded by lush green foliage.
